Job summary

Medartis Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep CNC production equipment and related systems running reliably. You will diagnose and repair CNC machines, support utilities, and maintain maintenance logs and spare parts stock.

You will assist the Plant Engineer and collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced, international environment. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, knowledge of OSHA standards, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Ability to quickly identify machine malfunctions and develop effective solutions.
Careful documentation of maintenance and repair work.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and keeping the team up to date with changes.
Ability to organize and maintain a spare parts stock.
Lead and motivate team members to ensure a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems to minimize downtime.
Identify and resolve malfunctions to ensure production continuity.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Document all maintenance work, repairs, and parts.
Maintain maintenance logs with records of work and solutions.
Collaborate closely with other departments and external machine manufacturers.
Comply with safety regulations during maintenance work.
Participate in CIP and small internal projects to improve efficiency and quality.
Support actions identified in workshops or meetings, or implement them.
This role contributes to quality and service in a growing international company.
