No prior press room experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. We offer a Day Shift and a Weekend Shift with competitive pay ($19.00–$22.00/hr) and an 11% weekend differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press equipment per work instructions.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Report issues and assist with cross-training.
