Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical, electro-mechanical, or product assembly tasks in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and established procedures.
• Install and fit components and subassemblies using hand tools and assembly equipment after training.
• Follow documented assembly sequences and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Inspect work for defects and report concerns to a supervisor or quality representative.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required assembly or inspection documentation.
• Keep the work area organized and follow safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates, trainers, and supervisors to learn processes and meet production priorities.
• Care for tools and notify when equipment or materials need attention.
