Job summary

Actalent is hiring for a Manufacturing Tech in Horsham, PA. The role focuses on building and integrating complex capital equipment, following engineering drawings and technical documentation.

You will diagnose issues, work with engineering on improvements, and ensure documentation accuracy throughout builds. The position requires experience with regulated manufacturing environments and proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks, SAP, and electrical/fluid system installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or associate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams on product/process improvements.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices in manufacturing environments.
• Comfort working with complex assemblies involving mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and reliability in equipment builds.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate complex capital equipment in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid installations ensuring proper fit and function.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues including wiring and system-level performance problems.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and schematics to guide assembly activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support continuous product and process improvements.
• Partner with quality and cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets precision and reliability standards.
• Use troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of build activities and configurations.
• Follow procedures and best practices in regulated manufacturing environments.
