Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a hands-on Logistics technician to configure Canon copier equipment, conduct basic used equipment evaluations, and support pre-installations. On-the-job training is provided to build proficiency in equipment setup and related tasks.

You will maintain performance metrics, handle Canon property, and pursue certifications while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work related to pre-installs and used machines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required, plus under one year related experience.
• Electronics training or degree with 1+ year in Electrical/Mechanical industry preferred.
• Familiar with PCs, general software, and networking basics.
• Ability to access online support tools and update device software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-installations and configurations.
• Maintain metrics for labor time, service calls, and work quality.
• Maintain equipment and Canon property, and obtain certifications.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to complete tasks.
