Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. Irving, TX is seeking a Pre-Install Configuration Technician I to perform daily pre-installations and configurations on Canon copier equipment. You will receive on-the-job training and assist in other logistics tasks while maintaining quality metrics.

The role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, basic electronics knowledge, and the ability to travel and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic electronics exposure.
• Ability to learn Canon configuration processes and software.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50–75 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-installations and configurations on equipment.
• Maintain metrics for service times and work quality.
• Assist in logistics and cross-train in related tasks.
• Communicate with team and internal departments for timely work.
• Travel to support regional locations as assigned.
