Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Friendly, coachable, and driven personality for a customer-facing role.
• Passion for powersports or interest to learn about them.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Learn our product lineup and become a trusted resource for customers.
• Help guests find the right machine to match their lifestyle.
• Recommend add-ons and accessories that enhance the ride.
• Follow up with leads and support the full sales process.
• Work closely with your manager and teammates to meet goals.
