Job summary

Allegion Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Powder Coat Processor to prepare surfaces for coating, operate the 5-stage pre-finishing line, and support quality control on metal door and frame systems.

You will document processes, verify cure times and temperatures, handle rigging and lifts, use sandblasting and coating equipment, and follow safety procedures in a team environment. Entry level welcome with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Entry level; manufacturing or powder coating experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify color differences.
• Ability to work in hot, humid environments and maintain safety.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the 5-stage pre-finishing system and document results.
• Identify surface characteristics and prepare parts for coating.
• Ensure proper cure time/temperature and perform quality checks.
• Prepare parts for rework to correct coating defects and keep area clean.
• Support rigging, lifts, and use of coating equipment safely.
