Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC is looking for a motivated Swimming Pool Technician Helper to join our Hamilton, NJ team. This is a fantastic entry point into the pool industry where you can learn hands-on skills and work alongside experienced professionals in an outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include assisting lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment, vacuuming pools, balancing water chemistry, organizing tools, and supporting plumbing and equipment setup.

Qualifications

• No prior pool experience required; willingness to learn is a must.
• Physical labor including lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead pool technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment
• Vacuum pools
• Balance water chemistry
• Transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
• Support plumbing and equipment setup including pumps, filters, and piping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
