Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a motivated Swimming Pool Technician Helper to join our growing outdoor team. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning, friendly mentorship, and the chance to develop practical pool skills on real projects.

You will assist lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment, vacuum pools, balance water chemistry, and help transport and organize tools at job sites.

Qualifications

• No prior pool experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is required.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness.
