You will assist lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment, vacuum pools, balance water chemistry, and help transport and organize tools at job sites.

Qualifications

• No prior pool experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is required.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead pool technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment.
• Vacuum pools.
• Balance water chemistry.
• Transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
• Support plumbing and equipment setup including pumps, filters, and piping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
