Anthony & Sylvan Pools is seeking a motivated entry-level Pool Technician to join our field team. You will learn pool cleaning, equipment service, and basic repairs under experienced technicians, with openings/closings and support for upgrades in a real-world outdoor setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a long-term career path in pool service and maintenance. Flexible schedules including weekends during peak seasons and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Some technical experience preferred (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool service/repair).
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong work ethic and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pool cleaning, water testing, and removal/installation of pool covers and equipment.
• Support Service Technicians with basic repairs, leak detection, and equipment servicing or replacement.
• Load, unload, and organize service vehicles; assist with material handling and site housekeeping.
• Safely handle and apply pool chemicals per manufacturer instructions.
• Interact with technicians, scheduling, and management to support repair and maintenance; overtime/weekend work during peak season.
