Job summary

Swiss-Tech LLC is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled PM on CNC machines and facility systems, aiming to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

You will document maintenance activities, work with Maintenance and Production teams, and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency. On-the-job training is provided to develop skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow written maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment.
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, and abnormal signs; communicate findings to lead.
• Assist with electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic repairs within training scope.
• Document PM activities, inspections, and results in the maintenance system.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and report unsafe conditions.
