Job summary

Epic is seeking a Project Manager to drive software implementation projects for healthcare organizations. You will present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and ensure successful go-lives with Epic’s software across diverse health systems.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed, with opportunities to travel nationwide (and abroad if interested) as part of a high‑impact, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with common trips.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• No software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end‑user training.
• Provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software.
• Drive software installation projects across healthcare systems.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) as part of a team leading implementations.
