Job summary

Epic is seeking a Project Manager to drive software deployment projects in healthcare organizations. You will lead installations, coordinate end-user training, and present to hospital leaders to ensure successful go-lives.

Relocation assistance is provided as you join a national team with travel across the US and abroad. Based on our Madison, WI campus, the role requires relocation and offers extensive travel (25–60% commonly), plus strong support from a dedicated PM team.

Qualifications

• Project management skills and ability to lead complex software deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installations and ensure successful go-lives.
• Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end-user training.
• Provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if interested).
