Epic is seeking a Project Manager to join our nationwide team in delivering life-saving software to healthcare organizations. The role involves managing software installation projects, coordinating end-user training, and presenting to hospital leadership as go-lives are prepared.

Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) is required, with relocation assistance provided to Madison, WI area. You will work with leading health systems and enjoy a collaborative environment with strong support

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1–2 trips per month typical.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installation projects and ensure successful go-lives.
• Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end-user training.
• Provide comprehensive post-go-live support to healthcare providers.
