Job summary

Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation to the area is required, with financial relocation assistance. Join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.

Travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) as part of a team that leads software installations and ensures the success of newcomers to the Epic community. No software experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursed).
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installation projects and coordinate end-user trainings for healthcare facilities.
• Present to hospital leadership and ensure go-live success for Epic software deployments.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if needed) as part of a PM team.
• Provide comprehensive project support with autonomy within the Epic project framework.
