Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and service procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• English reading/writing preferred where necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining plumbing systems and related equipment.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting, installations, and repairs.
• Read work orders and diagrams; document service activities as assigned.
• Identify plumbing issues and complete repairs per codes and standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe at all times.
• Ensure accurate service records and jobsite documentation.
• Coordinate with field personnel, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide professional customer interactions and maintain positive relationships during visits.
• Contribute to team efficiency and safety on the jobsite.
• Participate in training to expand plumbing skills.
