Job summary

Roper Thermals is seeking an entry level Plant Operator for the 2nd shift (4pm–Midnight) to join our manufacturing team in CT. You will help perform operational activities and ensure quality control in our oil and wax facility. Regular attendance is essential, and the position involves frequent lifting, pulling and pushing.

We manufacture materials used in temperature regulation and cosmetics, with training provided for all new hires. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required - all training is provided
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Previous experience in manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform plant operations and activities
• Package finished products and prepare for shipping
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
