Qualifications

• Knowledge of municipal planning, zoning and building activities.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and staff presentations.
• Experience with public meetings and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes, and presents land use and development applications.
• Conducts research to process development applications and prepare recommendations.
• Prepares agendas, staff reports, and information for Planning and Zoning Commission meetings.
• Develops reports and presentations for county boards and public groups.
• Attends meetings and trainings to stay current on planning principles and practices.
