Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems.
• Perform routine painting and carpentry work.
• Complete defined field inspections on a scheduled basis.
