Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• CPR certification maintained annually.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information into LIS and verify data.
• Perform venipuncture with up to two attempts.
• Collect swabs for MRSA, Flu, Strep.
• Distribute 24-hour urine and stool kits.
• Follow lab workflows from order to LIS entry.
• Maintain clean, stocked phlebotomy stations.
• Maintain CPR certification and safety training.
