Octapharma Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Technician to join our Florida centers. You will ensure compliant operations and deliver excellent donor experiences while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will set up equipment, perform venipuncture and plasmapheresis, monitor donor safety, and keep accurate records. Training and ongoing development are provided in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-specific certification/licensing may be required.
• Minimum three months’ experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal protocols precisely.
• Strong customer service and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations comply with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP standards.
• Maintains high donor service and cleanliness, ensuring a professional environment.
• Verifies donor ID and confidentiality; prepares venipuncture and plasmapheresis setup.
• Performs venipuncture and plasma collection with strict safety standards.
• Operates plasmapheresis machines, responds to alarms, and documents events.
• Monitors donor safety and plasma quality; manages supplies and inventory.
• Troubleshoots equipment, conducts routine QC, and supports training efficiency.
