Pride Health is seeking an Entry Level Phlebotomist/Lobby Coordinator for a 3-month contract at a medical facility in Jacksonville, FL. The role combines front-desk duties with onboarding phlebotomy skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 35–40 hours per week. The pay rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.75 per hour depending on experience and education.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience; phlebotomy is taught on the job. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Minimum of 1-2 years of client facing customer service REQUIRED
• Willing to learn Phlebotomy skills
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins in the lobby.
• Learn and perform Phlebotomy skills when trained.
• Maintain waiting area and support phlebotomists.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and accurate records.
