Starting Hourly Wage: $17.00 (subject to local minimum wage requirements). U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan and match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Employees are eligible for up to 80 hours of sick time per year and, for new hires, up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
