Part‑time, flexible role at BioLife Plasma Donation Centers. Most shifts are 4 to 6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your schedule.

About The Role

The role involves patient-facing responsibilities and phlebotomy support for plasma donation operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

How You Will Contribute

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring their safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.

What You Bring To Takeda

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand entire shift.
• Availability evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, hearing ability.
• Commitment to prolonged glove wear for 90% of tasks due to bloodborne pathogen risk.
• At least one year of customer or patient‑facing experience preferred.
