Job summary

The role offers a daytime schedule, training opportunities, and benefits. Prior experience not required, but forklift certification and strong math/communication skills help.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; GED preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong math and numerical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• English language proficiency at Basic/A2 level.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment (Glatt fluid bed, granulation, blending, compression, coating, imprinting, banding, encapsulation).
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain specifications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
• Complete manufacturing documents accurately and completely.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMP at all times.
• Follow OSHA regulations and equipment manuals for safe operation.
