Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator II for the 1st shift to support the production of high‑quality pharmaceutical products. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP standards, SOPs, and safety requirements while handling complex equipment and resolving process issues.

You will work with Glatt fluid bed processing, granulation, compression and coating processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and audit readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent with forklift certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP, safety regulations, and documentation practices.
• Ability to operate and clean complex equipment and perform data entry in logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment across processes per batch records.
• Set up, changeover, and cleaning activities; troubleshoot issues.
• Document manufacturing activities in real-time and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment following OSHA standards.
• Monitor process performance and ensure conformance to specs.
