American Regent Inc. in Ohio seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Team member to support sterile pharmaceutical production, under cGMPs and SOPs. You will assist in the compounding process, sterile dispensing, and equipment setup under supervision.

The role emphasizes accurate batch dosing, cleaning, material staging, and teamwork to maintain production schedules and quality. High school diploma required; science background desirable; willingness to train and work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in chemistry or another science field is a plus.
• 1–3 years related field work experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing technology such as HMI-PLC/SCADA, Autoclave Sterilization, CIP/SIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes scales, balances, and load cells to weigh materials and perform batch additions.
• Performs aseptic filtration setup and filter integrity testing.
• Sterile dispensing, compounding, cleaning, and assembling equipment for sterile manufacturing at the Hilliard facility.
• Support production scheduling and maintain accurate manufacturing records according to SOPs.
