Job summary

Cogent Scientific, an insourced contract research organization, seeks an entry-level Pharma Biochemist to support ADME in vitro assays, LC-MS/MS quantitation, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced lab. Qualifications

• BS in Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field with 0–1 year of lab/research experience.
• MS/PhD candidates will not be considered for this role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly in vitro assays.
• Perform LC-MS/MS bioanalytical quantitation for ADME assays using Sciex 6500.
• Provide in vitro assay support across assays (permeability, metabolic stability, etc.).
• Support automated workflows on Hamilton STAR/STARlet and High-Res Bio systems.
• Maintain accurate ELN records in a timely manner.
