Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. in Tuscaloosa is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative.

This introductory role focuses on residential/commercial door-to-door sales, with training provided and opportunities to advance to Residential Sales Inspector or Commercial Sales Consultant. Duties include securing sales across pest control products, inspecting properties, using sales tools, pricing services, and assisting management with recruiting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• An excellent attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Sell previous owner Sentricon sales to support the real estate program.
• Work additional creative sales programs as determined by sales management.
• Inspect properties accurately before submitting sales proposals.
• Utilize and maintain assigned sales tools and reports.
• Price all services and products per pricing schedules.
• Address customer complaints per policy and notify management of situations beyond authority.
• Assist the Sales Manager or District Manager in recruiting new sales representatives.
• Care for and maintain sales equipment and the company sales vehicle.
• Comply with all policies and maintain neat appearance.
• Cooperate with district, department, and other divisions.
• Participate in community activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
