Job summary

Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative in Tallahassee. This entry-level role focuses on door-to-door residential and commercial pest control sales, with training provided and opportunities to advance to inspector or consultant positions.

The position may require some evening hours and Saturdays. Starting pay is $22/hour, with after-training earnings including base pay plus commission and benefits, plus a company vehicle and gas card for business use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Company offers thorough training for those with no prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential and commercial pest control sales.
• Sell Sentricon and other services to support real estate and home programs.
• Inspect properties before submitting sales proposals and price services per pricing schedules.
• Address customer complaints per policy and escalate when needed.
• Assist Sales/ District Managers in recruiting new sales reps.
• Maintain sales equipment and the company vehicle in good condition.
• Collaborate with district/department teams and participate in community activities.
