Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in Tallahassee. This full-time role starts with training and focuses on door-to-door residential and commercial pest control sales, with advancement to Inspector/Consultant positions.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a positive attitude. Training is provided, and after training you can earn commissions with a base pay plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record.
• Some Sales experience is helpful; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Sell “previous owner” Sentricon sales as needed to support the real estate program.
• Work additional creative sales programs as determined by sales management.
• Inspect properties accurately before submitting sales proposals.
• Utilize and maintain assigned sales organizational tools, prelists, and other reports.
• Price all services and products as listed on company pricing schedules.
• Address customer complaints per policy and advise management on situations beyond authority.
• Assist the Sales Manager in recruiting new sales representatives as needed.
• Care for and maintain sales equipment and the company vehicle per instructions.
• Cooperate with district and department personnel and other divisions.
• Participate in worthwhile community activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
