Responsibilities

• Complete Personal Banker Training Checklist and all learning modules.
• Develop and expand customer growth through daily prospecting and follow-up.
• Provide WOW customer experiences while adhering to bank policies.
• Cross-sell and market bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow branch security procedures.
• Participate in daily branch operations and logging customer interactions in the system.
