• Proficiency with Microsoft products and general computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours with reliable attendance.
• Strong customer service focus with problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Personal Banker Training Checklist and learning modules.
• Develop and expand customer growth through daily prospecting and follow-up.
• Provide WOW customer experiences and comply with bank policies.
• Cross-sell and market bank products to customers and prospects.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow branch security procedures.
• Log customer interactions into Synapsys with detailed notes.
• Represent CNB values of Integrity, Teamwork, and WOW moments.
