Citi is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act in Miami Beach, FL. You will support sales and service activities with the customer service team, cross-sell treasury and small business products, and help grow client relationships while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of experience, familiarity with Smart Banking tools, and NMLS/Safe Act compliance, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sales and service activities in coordination with customer service team.
• Refer larger lending opportunities and cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Grow small business client relationships by implementing sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Provide client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-sell.
