Citi in West Palm Beach is hiring an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to assist in sales and service activities with the customer service team. The goal is to build loyalty and grow sales with individual consumer clients, while guiding branch staff on products and referrals.

Responsibilities include handling small business referrals, cross-selling treasury products, and growing the book of business through COIs and MGM programs, all while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of relevant banking or sales experience.
• Familiarity with Citi's Smart Banking tools and digital channels.
• NMLS registration and Safe Act compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in handling small business loan referrals and cross-sell treasury products.
• Develop referral opportunities via COIs and MGM program.
• Provide client services via outbound/inbound calls to grow relationships.
• Coach staff on products and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining risk controls.
