Job summary

Citi in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to support the sales and service teams. You will help execute sales, products and services, build customer loyalty, and contribute to growing the consumer book of business.

You will assist in handling banking requests under $250K, cross-sell treasury and small business products, and deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining Citi policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of sales, products or service activities with customer service team.
• Work on credit requests under $250K, refer larger lending opportunities and cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and MGM program.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships.
• Provide coaching to tellers and branch staff on products and programs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and bank digital tools to uncover opportunities.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation and assets.
