Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales, products or service activities with the customer service team.
• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Deliver client services, outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Assess client needs and educate on services and digital channels.
• Comply with Citibank policies and manage risk with integrity.
