Sanmina Corporation, a leading EMS provider, is seeking a Machine Operator in Costa Mesa to support the Lamination department. This entry-level role offers training and opportunities to work across PCB production areas.

The position requires 1 year of experience, good communication, willingness to work in manufacturing, overtime as needed, and handling small parts with precision. ITAR facility; U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be available to work overtime as necessary.
• May work with very small parts or materials that require fine manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Will work in various areas of production within the PCB facility as needed.
• Training will be provided for entry level candidates.
• May expedite parts or materials to other areas.
• May assist other operators with routine manufacturing tasks.
• May perform tasks in Facilities such as cleaning/painting, etc.
• May require some lifting 15 to 50lbs
