Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a global EMS leader, seeks an entry-level Machine Operator for our PCB facility in Costa Mesa, CA. You will support the Lamination department and work across production areas as needed.

Training is provided for entry-level candidates and occasional overtime may be required. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle small parts with fine manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Available to work overtime as necessary.
• Ability to handle very small parts or materials requiring fine manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Will work in various areas of production within the PCB facility as needed.
• Training will be provided for entry level candidates.
• May expedite parts or materials to other areas.
• May assist other operators with routine manufacturing tasks.
• May perform tasks in Facilities such as cleaning/painting, etc.
• May require some lifting 15 to 50lbs.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Purpose:

Performs a variety of entry level tasks in a manufacturing environment, supporting the Lamination department.

Salary Range (annual) : $37,440.00 - $39,520.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certificates, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
