Job summary

Conduent is hiring an Adjustments Transaction Processor for an onsite Milwaukee location. This entry-level role focuses on data entry, account adjustment, and payment processing, supporting operations with accuracy and adherence to procedures.

The position offers Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, full-time temp-to-hire, and competitive hourly pay with benefits from day one. You will learn and perform diverse reconciliation tasks while handling confidential data.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
• Typing assessment of 40 WPM will be sent after application.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Set up debts and process account adjustments.
• Reissue checks; process stop payments and EFT payments.
• Run and review reports.
• Contact employers or payors for additional payment information.
• Prepare and send letters and outbound correspondence.
• Ensure accounts are balanced prior to transmitting data.
• Perform high-accuracy data entry with discretion.
• Sort, image, archive, and classify documents by form type.
• Verify data extracted from automated tools.
• Transmit processed data to the next level.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
