Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assists with unit coordination.
• Documents patient care and vital signs in the EMR.
• Supports admission, discharge and transfer processes.
• Maintains patient safety and a clean environment.
• Responds to emergencies under supervision.
