• Proficient in EPIC ADT system.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verification, authorization, benefit analysis, and demographic data collection before service.
• Registration of patients and collection of financial and clinical information for clearance.
• Collects patient financial obligations and confirms payer source and correct codes.
