Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in maintenance, warehouse, or mechanical shop environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or building systems and the ability to read simple technical manuals.
• Familiarity with standard hand and power tools; basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and work in outside temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control: monitor stock levels and perform regular counts.
• Receiving: verify packing slips and retrieve parts as needed.
• Record keeping: update maintenance logs with parts usage and work orders.
• Maintenance support: assist mechanics with basic repairs and routine upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
