Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD, or currently in ABA-accredited law program.
• Experience with litigation support and court filings preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents using ECF system.
• Prepare garnishments, liens, subpoenas, and related forms.
• Support trial preparation, including notebooks and witness lists.
• Maintain case files and calendars for assigned AUSAs.
• Coordinate discovery and production with defense counsel.
