NORPAC, a world-class paper mill in Longview, WA, is hiring for an entry-level Paper Mill Production Team Member in a full-time role. You will join a team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement as you begin a manufacturing career.

Starting pay is $24.71 per hour with a premium, and progression to the $33.49 per hour rate can occur in about 18 months based on time and performance. Benefits include medical/vision/dental, 401k, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work rotating or day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate paper mill production equipment and processes.
• Follow safety procedures and team instructions.
• Assist in warehouse and material handling as needed.
