Kelly is hiring an Entry-Level Packer in Franklin, NH to join a manufacturing team. You will prepare aluminum extrusions for shipment, inspect items for defects, record packed quantities, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

The position is full-time on 2nd or 3rd shift with pay of $20 to $23 per hour plus shift differentials; 2nd shift adds 10%, 3rd shift 15%, and the 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. schedule carries the 15% differential.

We're Hiring: Entry-Level Packer - Franklin, NH

Join a manufacturing team as a full-time Packer. You'll prepare aluminum extrusions for shipment, check products for defects, record packed quantities, and help keep the work area clean and safe.

Location: Franklin, NH

Pay: $20-$23 per hour, plus shift differential

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Shift differential: 10% for 2nd shift; 15% for 3rd shift. The 3:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. schedule receives a 15% differential.

Requirements: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely as part of a team.
