Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate at our Phoenix, AZ site. Responsibilities include loading, moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while ensuring proper labeling and packaging per customer requirements.

You will follow GMP and safety policies, maintain an organized workspace, and help monitor lines for quality and efficiency. Reasonable overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintains punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.
• Works with others to ensure a teamwork-oriented environment.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottles and packaging for quality during production.
