Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products on the 3rd shift. You will load, move materials, operate packaging equipment, and follow GMP policies.

You will monitor conveyors, inspect bottles, label products per customer specs, keep areas clean, restock supplies, and escalate quality issues as needed. Training is provided within 90 days; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and load/move materials.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
• Adhere to PPE, safety policies, and GMP requirements.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities or quality issues immediately.
• Overtime may be required.
